Esurance, the online affiliate of Allstate auto insurance, will be giving same-sex partners in civil unions or domestic partnerships in 21 states the same discount that is typically extended to legally married couples. This is good news for more than  646,464 households that can now receive an additional 10 percent or more off their auto insurance premiums compared to unmarried policy holders. What Changed?
